Panda Express - Benton

This has been our go to for fast Chinese food. However things have been going down hill. A few visits ago, they under filled everything. This time we were given a second fried rice instead of our orange chicken and the broccoli beef has 4 pieces of beef in it. We called many times to try and get some sort of resolution, but they don't answer their phone. They used to be slow and we would alway have to wait, but the food was good and they didn't make mistakes, aside from always burning the mushroom chicken. My they have speed of service at the expense of quality and service.

Employees didn't smile and they weren't appreciative. Food was so-so.

Great place the family and I get take out from often. They do occasionally get things wrong, though.

I love everything about Panda Express except it's FREEZING in there. PLEASE turn down the AC. I mean it is horrible!! We had to go somewhere else!

Food was dry,and service could go for some help being friendly. Restaurant was clean.
