My second visit to this restaurant was disappointing and has deterred me from coming back. The yogurt prices are high, but I appreciate the availability of sugar-free options for diabetics like myself. However, when I tried to use a voucher for a discounted purchase from a reputable company called My Deals, the cashier refused to accept it because she claimed she had never seen it before. This caused unnecessary friction and made what should have been a pleasant experience, quite unpleasant. I will not be returning for another visit.

My daughter got cheesecake flavor and went to a little biscuit and cream flavor upstairs. The cookies and cream were not frozen, only liquid. There were no lights on the machine indicating that it was not frozen. I asked the employees if they could get a new cup. She told me rudely that, as she had another taste in the cup, we have to pay for it. Next time we go to Dairy Queen.
