Jimmy's Diner - Benton

Well, I've been a partner here for almost 4 years, but I have to say that I've been working at the restaurant for nearly 20 years and this one takes the cake here! The atmosphere and my staff and boss is great, but most foods are delicious....I have won some pounds, but it's all good.... yes, it's all good!

We had the pleasure this morning to have breakfast at Jimmy's Diner while I was having my car serviced in Benton. The place may not look like much outside but the food and staff are so inviting on the inside. Food was amazing. Huge portions for the price. Don't miss out on their fried potatoes and sausage gravy. Will be setting up all future car service appointments in the morning so we can eat there again.

Great little place! Very, very good food. I had both the sausage and bacon gravy, you should too. The pancakes are absolutely delicious, and as thick as a box of matches! The service was fabulous-Ms. Tina was very attentive,and the yummy food came out really quick.. What makes this place special isn't just the food or even the service, it's the people that come and dine here. At one table are four men solving the problems of the world, one light hearted argument at a time, at another table is couple just getting started in life, and at another table is a couple who's life together has seen many elections, trials, and excitement. This.. This right here.. This is what makes Jimmy's Diner, and many places like it, special. This is what makes America, great.

Staff in this place will welcome complete strangers and treat them like good family members. The food is good and cheap! Jimmy's Dimer is like a step back to time when good food and scholarship went hand and hand!
