Burger King - Benton

Placed an online order to pick up in drive thru, got there and was asked to pull forward (no biggie i dont mind waiting at all bc i special ordered the burgers and figured they would be fresh) was told two of the things I ordered (and paid for) were unavailable, they could not refund me for them and that I'd have to bring my receipt back 4 days later to get the items, waited almost 15 minutes to get the order, finally got it and the fries were cold and the onion rings were soggy, I'd ordered extra cheese on my burger and it was not on it, no pickles on my wifes burger and it had pickles both the burgers were luke warm. A lot of very young staff not attentive to customers at all, came through on Saturday October 27th at approximately 2:00. In spite of staff behind the counter joking and throwing papers at each other the young lady that was working diligently at cleaning the restaurant put her supplies down and came back around the counter to wait on us. Food was barely warm the hamburger patties were not even warm enough to melt the cheese that went on them and that was the highlight of the meal. When we got up ready to leave one of the young men was more worried about rolling out a entry rug then about letting us leave the restaurant, didn't even acknowledge that we were there. Rude staff management- average to poor food quality- orders almost ALWAYS wrong- not sure why corporate has not closed his location- it is THAT bad. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
