Starbucks - Benton Park

I stopped by because it was the only Starbucks I knew in the area to grab coffee with a co-worker and review some work. When I asked to plug in my computer, a manager let me know all the outlets were capped. No outlets at all. So I tried the wifi, no wifi, it was off. When my co-worker arrived we left because we couldn't do any work over coffee at this location. Sad because the people are nice and are doing their best, but being overwhelmed by the homeless people in the area.

Mario made sure my grilled cheese tasted like God himself gave you a delectable sandwich straight from the heavens everyone there is super nice best Starbucks in town 100%.

All electrical outlets covered up here, probably due to them not being able to control the homeless being crazy here. But still, I'm not a crazy guy and I need to come here to get work done. This location is off the list.

I went tho the store on 11.8.23 around 9:50-10:00 am and while I was about to enter at that moment I felt that my shoe caught on something on the door, I looked and there was a piece of metal not attached to the door and it had torn my shoe, I reported this to the MOD because it is very dangerous, however I only received an ok from her, you can check your cameras to ensure what I’m stating it is what happened as I did not get any favorable response from your store for this unfortunate event.

Standard starbucks. There is a huge drive through line so service was slow inside.
