Ortega's Charburgers - Benton Park

Well I just needed ice and just a place to cool down because I was stuck having to walk a long ways back home.

Extremely friendly, super fast service a drive-through that’s on par with Chick-fil-A when it comes to getting your order and getting you in and out, if they see more than three cars in the drive-through, somebody will go out and help the car that’s in second or third they are that hands-on

Caught them harassing certain drivers over others. They can't prioritize orders by when received. Should treat all people the same.

The burgers meat Patty's are so thin and they lost the flavor the fries were soggy like if they were sitting in the bag for an hour or more price went from $25.00 to$ 32.00 though.Dont recommend this place.

10/10 beats all burger fast food out of the water and for the food too price ratio and quality. They have a variety of foods, American , Mexican, fried burritos etc
