Caffeine Supreme - Benton Park

Really disappointed by the customer service here. I come here a lot, no less than 3x a week and wanted to try something different from my normal order. Unfortunately I didn’t like it and the drink cost $8.25. Im not one to take things back, but at that price point I would like to drink something I can enjoy. The girl with glasses who works the afternoon was not friendly and made me feel like an inconvenience. I tried to give the drink back to her and she told me she can’t take it. I asked if I could get a blended matcha (my normal go-to) and was surprised when I was asked to pay for it even though it was the exact same price. After the fact, I was told over the phone that you have to pay if you ask for a different drink. I just wish I was told before hand so I could’ve just asked for a refund and not pay double. Left a bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because I really liked supporting this place

I love this place! I went for the first time yesterday, and it was amazing! I got the heath mocha, blended, so delicious, and my gf got the chai tea, also delicious! They have very good prices, and the workers were so nice and helpful. I have difficulty picking things and she was very patient. Again, so nice! I love the signs they have and the little shop is very cute. 5 Stars on all fronts!

Love love love this place. Forgot about it because it's the only location and downtown but I've since changed jobs and am now closer. Yayy! I'll be there all the time now.
