New owners and the food is stellar! A young man named Diao (I hope I spelled it right) served me, excellent service with a smile! I bought combo B with butter shrimp (no more honey walnut but it's very good) and orange chicken. Delicious! Thai tea too.They will change the name to Happy Dragon soon.I paid 16 for this delicious meal. Thank you!

Fresh and delicious Chinese food and you are given quite alot for the price. Very friendly workers. Clean and inviting.Kid-friendliness: Ok for kids, casual atmosphere

I’ve had their food four times now. Forget Any Chinese food you thought was the best. This is it. I’ll never go to Panda Express again.

My husband and I tried Cafe Express for the first time last night on a whim and were SO pleasantly surprised! We ordered shrimp fried rice, pork buns, beef and broccoli, egg flower soup and chicken lo mein and everything was *chef’s kiss*We also ordered a boba milk tea and it was delicious! The portions were very generous and we had plenty of leftovers which was awesome and everything re-heated perfectly. We will definitely be ordering again!
