Nice boutique vineyard/winery with very good wine. Owners are pleasant and easy to talk with, Joel is full of knowledge and is willing to share his experience and history. This is our second Harvest Host experience and we think the camping is the best so far with water and grey water hookups.
We have been in 3 times once for wine tasting and twice for a dinner wine pairing experience. Loved all 3 times. Great wine and workers. We will keep returning.
My first stop on my mini vacation was The Renegade Room, where I was warmly welcomed by Keith, who was very friendly. Since I can't drink red wine but have a fondness for white wines, Keith took the time to ask what I was planning to eat so he could recommend a suitable wine pairing. I chose the fig and prosciutto flatbread, and he suggested a glass of Albarino to go with it. Before my meal arrived, I was treated to a fantastic mix of nuts. When the flatbread finally came, it was absolutely delicious, and the wine was the perfect complement! After a little while, another staff member joined and her service was equally impressive, attending to all the customers with great care. Overall, it was an outstanding experience with wonderful staff, wine, and food.
How can I express how wonderful my experience at Renegade today was? I find myself at a loss for words. My palate was treated to some of the finest wines I've ever tasted in Spokane, and Keith—who aptly calls himself the "Minister of Joy" on his business card—infused so much passion into his work that it made the entire experience truly exceptional. The only downside of our visit to the tasting room is knowing that we will never be able to experience that magic for the first time again. Thank you once more, Keith, for making our time so unforgettable! We look forward to returning soon.
