The reason is staff lacks customer service and too rude.

Used to be such lovely customer service here with the Indian Family, and now with the new staff, their basic customer service is seriously lacking. With cold coffees all the time and attitude problems from the casuals they employ. Looks like it’s time to start going elsewhere. No longer paying $5 for a luke warm weak coffee. -Long Standing Customer
