Athens Pizza

The best pizza place in waltham in my opinion. They pile on the toppings and cheese. Worth every penny!

Have to say i’m not that big of a fan of the pizza as it’s a bit too dense for me, granted they put a ton of toppings, however the birria sub and birria tacos were amazing.

I've been coming here since I was 18 years old. I'm 33 now. I know there's a change in management. The pizza doesn't taste the same or the hot subs. There's no flavor. And the young girl in the front closes the store 35 mins early. If you're going to close earlier put up the sign and lock the doors. That's okay. I've walked in 3 times before 10:30pm and she says we're closed. I also tip very well and order a very simple cheese pizza. I live around the corner. I will make the extra 15 seconds to angelo, Franco, and shoppers.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the most disrespectful pizza place I ever have been too. I ordered 1 white pie and 1 cheese pie. I received 2 white pies. Nicely called back and explained the mistake, hoping like any normal restraunt they would understand and fix. They then continue to tell me that it is the same pizza, that there is no difference and they did nothing wrong. Repeatedly telling me that I am wrong and not reading the receipt correctly. I was very specific with the instructions when initially ordering. The receipt was not read incorrectly what so ever. I was calm in explaining the situation to them, until they feel the need to imply there customer is stupid. Then personally informing that I am the problem and they did nothing wrong. Then proceeded to put me on “hold” only to talk badly about me thinking I cannot hear. I spent $70 on this place and it was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received for a simple mistake easily fixable on there end. If you could avoid this restraint I would avoid at all costs.Edit to add again: Not to mention after writing this I also ordered mozzerella sticks. They sent me jalapeño poppers. With 1 French frie, inside an opened box and brown paper bag. This place is disgusting! I wish Google would let me post a Picture, for some reason it’s not cause this is truely ridiculous!

Ordered the GrubHub order. Ordered one white pizza and one plain cheese pizza. Employee continued to argue with me over the phone saying I was the problem my pizza was correct on the ticket. They told me a plain cheese pizza did not have pasta sauce on it. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I spent $70 to have my kids eat and me to go out and buy a different pizza. Never have experienced customer service as bad as these people
