Picked up oysters and caviar to order from Ricardo on Friday evening. Literally the ingredients for a successful dinner with friends. The oysters Fines de Normandie were fantastic in taste and structure and then the caviar on blinis with crème fraiche: perfect! Definitely recommended to order them from Ricardo more often.
