Super nettes Personal, gute Speisen und Getränke zu angenehmen Preisen, saubere Zimmer, etwas kleines Bad, das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber top in Form

Wir treffen uns regelmäßig in der sehr gemütlichen Gaststube, im Sommer auch draußen im schattigen Biergarten. Die Speisen sind liebevoll zubereitet und schmackhaft.

Das Essen war der Hammer! Nur der Service hat einwenig lang gedauert ;) aber es kommt ja auf das Essen an finde ich daher trotzdem noch volle Punkte ;)

Parking next to hotel - It is free all night from 19hrs till 6hrs, but I never payed during my 6 nights even when little out of these hours - there is plenty of space.Gym could use some improvement, but it is usable as it is. Sauna and whole wellness area is just amazing and included as standard in room rate!Breakfast has just too little vegetarian or vegan options – no nuts, and no salads. Only milk available was cow milk (no rice milk, no soya milk, no almond milk…). I asked for an alternative for next days and they were able to make coconut milk which I assume they use for cooking, but as I found it too thick I was rather bringing my own Rice milk from store after second day.It is nice and quiet hotel and I would come again.All hotel staff was professional as expected, but I was extremely satisfied especially with Ms. Henrietta Csomor who appeared to be a few levels ahead of others with enthusiast’s behavior and quality service known normally only from Hilton or Sarovar Hotels.She does not use "not possible" and was always very helpful even it meant more work for her. One example for all in my case: expected usual billing issues as our company has some special internal requirements for hotel bills, were solved almost instantly and with professional attitude.

Service dauert sehr lange, zum zahlen musste ich selber an die Kasse gehen. Kein Personla mehr gesichtet. Mir wurde Bier mit Alkohol empfohlen, obwohl ich ein Erdinger Alkoholfrei bestellen wollte. Schade eigentlich, habe vielleich einen schlechten Tag da erwischt.
