Bacci Pizzeria - Bensenville

I got a slice of pizza along with a side of ranch and hot honey, and it cost me nearly $12. They only offered cheese and pepperoni slices, too. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn't on, and it was almost 90 degrees outside. What's going on here?

I was served by Mary, who was incredibly friendly and attentive to my order. It's a great place to eat, and it's always clean! Food: 5/5

We visited the restaurant after 7 PM, and unfortunately, the pizza was left out before they heated it in the oven. It would have been much better if it had been fresh. I regret not speaking up, especially after spending $60, and it's clear that prices have increased. Additionally, it was quite warm inside the restaurant. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Went there by recommendation of my friend. Ordered an Italian chicken sandwich, cheese fries, and shrimp wrap. First of all the chicken in the Italian sandwich was cold, almost frozen. I asked to redo it and the guy there just warmed up the chicken in the microwave. The fries I stopped eating after I pulled a few raw pieces. Oh, and the wrap. The taste was just awful. Would not recommend it.

Worst pizza service I have had in years. The person working the counter was standing with their back to the public and was texting and did not respond to me request for help. Finally noticed me and took my order. Waited for a 1/2 I asked about my order and it was burnt. Terrible service and they do not care about the customer. Try someplace else that care about the customers.
