Cook Out - Bennettsville

Actually, by driving from a church service on 07-29-2022 went about 9:45-10pm and the customer service was absolutely terrible. My wife tried to order, but the young lady who works the window did not even leave her sentences (my wife) to finish what she wanted. It seems that from the beginning there is only one attitude without reason. We haven't spoken in common or ugly with the young lady and have no idea why she spoke in a very frustrated or fast tone. However, I am a disabled army veteran and this is frustrating; my wife asked if the order could be repeated because I could not hear and have some hearing loss. I understand that every place is short on workers, but maybe they should put someone else in the window when the young lady is so stressed. I use to work in customer service, so I understand frustration, but I don't deal with bad attitudes when it comes to my food cause when you have a stance with me and I command it makes me wonder what you will do with my food. So cook out management could you please tell your people to talk to customers how they want to talk if they order food for themselves. It was good for a good note after checking our foods.

The lady at the window tonight was rude af, she was very short and rude on the intercom when we were ordering our food. We have been in the car for 10 hours and just wanted some food. All the employees talk to each other very rudely as well.

I was looking forward to finally trying a Cook Out after seeing so many signs for it. I was disappointed that it is drive-thru only but I guess that is part of the restaurant theme. I had the BBQ platter and it was okay. There was a scoop of meat with some somewhat spicy sauce on it, but I thought it needed more sauce. The coleslaw was bland and the french fries were all soggy and needed salt. Luckily the hush puppies were good. The rest of my family got burgers and while two of them were okay, the third was too charred on the outside for my son. If the fries weren't so soggy, I'd give them another star.

Food is sometimes hit or miss. An ordered drive thru PA system is garbage sounds as if you try to place an order by an old percussion speaker. The orders are therefore usually incorrect. So many, if the ordering system was replaced by microphone and loudspeakers, it would improve the overorder accuracy. ?

Lunch. We ordered Hamburgers, Hotdog,BBQ and Fritten. Seriously, the Pommes were crazy. And how advertised tasted how it was made at a backyard BBQ
