Ortega's Buffet - Benito Juarez

This place is very nice, very clean, customer service is great but the variety of the food is not very good, price per person is a little high considering what I mentioned,don't think I will visit again...

Great prices, Great service and of course Great traditional Mexican food !I like that they have great Mexican food choices !And is authentic and not Mexican-American Everything is fresh and they made the best sopes to the order, you don't feel like get up and ask for specific food? They will bring it to you.I love the flan and is a full piece not a slice or small square like in another places.You get a courtesy margarita and is very refresh.For two we paid around $26 :)

Tripping over to the palatial Ortega's for a Valentine's Day lunch with my significant other was a great idea. They served you a free mixed drink at the door- if you wanted one. After we took our seats, mariachis, by request of a celebratory family, filled the whole space with blasting brass. This did not last forever and we were able to hold a conversation after they finished. Our server turned out to be really cool when he got to us. The portions were generous and food quite good. (I had the garlic mushrooms and guacamole.)The atmosphere was pleasant - lively and intimate at turns. We walked out feeling heart warmed by the not totally cliche romantic experience.

I was there for early diner or late lunch and the ambience was nice the food was really good, the fish was excellent and the carne Assad delicious I did not see any roaches or any other creatures, maybe I was too hungry!! Definitely would go back again and as a matter fact I am going this Thursday I'll pay more attention on details the cooks are happy to cook the meat or fish for you even happier if you give them a tip, I am a culinary top chef in a five star restaurant and I can tell you that the food was delicious maybe a couple of dishes need improvement I can't comment on the desserts I did not have any but they need to improve on the dessert menu.

Me and my cousin were in search of some good lobster. First nice restaurant we see was ortegas buffet. They had a picture of a big Lobster in front of the restaurant. We had the kids with us so we figure buffet for kids and lobsters for us. Turn out they don't serve Lobster and there buffet was the smalles ever.They had about 12 cafeteria food style selections. I must admit that the inside was beautiful. But the food was horrible. Ended up paying 10 dollars a person and to find out every drink was extra, even the fountain drinks were charged. Never again.
