If I had to define the service and the food with a single word it would be SPECTACULAR. We went to eat a menu where they gave us a very fresh salad typical of Valencia, bao bread with squid, incredible!! In addition, we went at night, where we tried the chicken croquettes, super delicious and homemade, the truffled potatoes and the fried cheese with blueberry jam. If we had to choose just one dish, we couldn't say which was the best. Finally we ordered a chicken burger, which was very juicy for chicken. 100% recommended both the service and the quality of food, since the price range is more than reasonable for what they offer you.
