Subway - Benicia

This business would not accept their own coupons, the employee was extremely rude, and gave no explanation. Just said we don 't take those here and was very curt. Has anyone else had this experience with this business?

The worse subway ever. I ordered Avocado on my wrap and there was none and when I called they argued with that there was instead of having some customer service. Will never go back

Have a coupon that I know expired, however I used in other subway when you scan it the code works even if it's expired already they don't even try to try any to help with it. I noticed that a regular customer came and they speed her order up checking her first ever offering some deal to enter to win $200. I will not came back to this specific subway. I will not recommend at all.

In my lunch break. Order 2 hotshot Italiano sandwiches and the lady charged me extra for the extra cheese and 2 meats although it came with the sandwiches. I asked for a refund amd she told me they don't do refunds, amd offered me a cookie as an alternative. I was not happy about that.

Hello, i got a subway sandwich at subway today, and there was an employee that made me my sandwich and he was very loud with his words towards me and was very rude to me. He used gloves for his sandwich Not only that but he went to the computer to charge me for my sandwich and he didn’t change the gloves and touched the computer with the same gloves he used to make my sandwich. i didn’t really feel healthy knowing he didn’t change his gloves as i could get contamined. although i still got the order for the sandwich and everything, i don’t feel satisfied. knowing he could be contaminating other people. also, i didn’t catch his name but i saw a glimpse of his name on his hat and his name started with an M.
