Not to fun of the restaurant sharing the space with the gas station store.

Most Jack in the Box restaurants are overwhelmed with customers, and the wait is long to place an order at the counter. More counter help is needed in all of them. One person at the drive-thru window must also take orders at the counters, fill and pack the online orders as well as the car orders,make the shakes,fill the drinks, run the cash registers and do the refilling of the ice,the soda syrups,stock,mop floors,clean toilets,clean the shake machines,clean the lobby tables and throw trash from the trash cans. The fast food workers deserve $20 an hour. I did that job for 8 months last year .

The new promotion is great. Loved the hamburger and the deal. 3 for 11 dollars.

Two of the three times I’ve been here, it took over 30 minutes to get my food. Some people left without their food because they got tired of waiting and couldn’t get a straight answer from the staff. Imagine that: paying for food and just giving up on all hope that it’ll ever come. During all three visits, each time people came back to return their food because it wasn’t what they ordered.

Is the lobby open 24 hrs too or closed by 9 am like most restaurants ?
