Fattoria La Cinta - BENEVENTO

Yesterday we had a great experience at this nice place! We went there from Puglia on our way to Rome. It’s a great experience which requires time, totally worth it. Tulio and his staff are so nice and the service is excellent! Food is km zero or even less as he showed us. We appreciate all the food tat was served to us from amazing starters (depending on what’s growing and season) to the first dish and desert all hand and grown made. We had a demonstration of the last phase of making a mozzarella and taste them right after! Really tasty!!! If you have couple of hours come and enjoy this culinary ecological experience!

A place I recommend for various occasions, though, being able, I think it would be really nice to stop a few days, since there are several possibilities to stay there. As a painter, I'll take a little thought. I guess it would be nice for both a couple and a family with children. In fact, there are didactic paths for about fifty children as educational-educational activities activated within the Centre that run out on a day. As for us we relied on the menu of the day and did not miss anything, from the appetizer to the first of fresh pasta, with the second of the day, vegetables, dessert and wine. We got acquainted with Tullio, the veterinarian who deals with everything and met the cook, David, who affectionately call Picaro and does not love to work in the city. What is surprising is who is really a farm, where the dishes that come to the table, including mozzarella, prepared at the moment as in a culinary prestigious game, are produced on the spot. Recommended.

Weekend from Tullio and Gloria at the Cinta. The new swimming pool with hydromassage and all the surrounding area covered in wood. Excellent lunch with products strictly at km zero. Excellent breakfast in the morning with cakes, bread and jams. I repeat once again my compliments to the managers for love and dedication who put in the work done! !

The edict of the goto and peace is right here. immersed in an animated park with the inimitable colors of nature and the sympathy of dozens of animals, stands the cinta. here everything brings back to ancient times, where scenes, smells and flavors were masters. Tullio, an extraordinary landlord, opening the doors of his farm, catapults you into a fairy tale where, mind, heart and body live a fairytale party. the flavors of a time, the furniture stopped for decades, but maniacally cared, drag you into a journey of whirlwind in the taste..the rest is to discover..the cost? as an aperitif in the center.

We spent 2 days at the Cinta..........relaxed, surrounded by nature with the pool next to that with the warmth of these days is ideal not to mention the delicious food and at km 0 tullio is a special person, in love with what he does, who does not call job but fun. congratulations really and thanks also to the glory for the work done and the evening entertainment accompanied by a large glass of wine.
