Viva Wyndham Tangerine All Inclusive Resort

I think I have a lot more than what I paid when I stay at this hotel. The first room was very loud and we moved into a quiet room that was great. The shows/music are high quality. In terms of food, the buffet offers a lot of Domenican traditional dishes and there are three specialized restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Fusion) requiring reservation. You can go to the Guest Service (only via the buffet) desk between 9:00 and 5:00 to reserve three of them at once. The service is exceptional. I assume that the hardware/rooms are below the four-star standard, but the service is definitely five stars or even five stars.

I visited with my husband in September and had an absolute amazing time. The service was great. The food was amazing. We danced every night to live music. The servers were very attentive. We look forward to a visit in a very near future.

Listen for the money they charged the place was exceptional!! I would say for the most part the food was not the best ever...but I do not expect 5 star food at this price point. I was always able to find something I liked!! The location is epic and the facility was on par or even nicer than more pricy all inclusive resorts I have stayed in!! It is the nicest place to stay on kite beach as far as I could tell...if there is a nicer place it would be a small niche type hotel but I did not see one...oh and the liquor is cheap no doubt but if you don't like it I'm sure you can pay them $100 more and they will go get u two bottles of premium liquor...lol...that's what I did. I will be glad when I get to go back!!! Thank you guys!!

Great experience been here for 4 days and customer service is excellent (Nicholas treated my man and I very well at the buffet restaurant). Overall the staff is very helpful and courteous. Scheduling transportation and excursions were easy to make with staff. Food was great with a large variety to choose from.

Hands down one of the best resorts i have ever visited. the staff was phenomenal, always smiling and saying hi, however Michael was next level. he made us feel so incredibly safe, welcome, loved, and took the time to actually play games with us every single day. every morning we came down to the pool and he was the first one to see us and say goodmorning and ask how our night was. we were only here for a week, but Michael treated us like he has known us for years. when we went for lunch he would always sit and eat with us. he was for sure the highlight of our whole vacation. he deserves a raise and we cannot wait to go home and tell everybody about him. the food was never disappointing; there’s something for everybody. the snack bar was really good too, also really convenient. the bartenders were super fun, always friendly, never any lines. the shows are every night and every night the staff does a phenomenal job and you can tell they put hard work into their performances they interact with the crowd so much, it was so fun. the pool and beach were both super clean and nice. overall we will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know:
