Bendigo's Original Pie Shop

The best pies we have had in the 6 years of traveling. The bottom crust was crisp and thin, but not too thin that it fell apart. The top puff pastry was perfect and the filling had just the right consistency. The taste of the pepper and curry pies was spot on. No sauce or knife and fork needed! The staff was lovely as well. Thumbs up guys!

Simply the best pies in Bendigo using fresh beef daily and a time honoured recipe. The Coffee is excellent, the staff are well informed and keen to help. Very user friendly for children with an excellent play area outside.

After a bit of retail therapy it's nice to get a bite and milkshake.<br/ <br/ We ordered,<br/ Steak and mushroom pie 10/10<br/ Potato top pie 9/10<br/ Chocolate milkshake 10/10<br/ <br/ Environment was nice, chilled, lots of seats and a laid back area.<br/ <br/ Service was quick and friendly.<br/ <br/ Food was fresh and perfectly cooked, no hard pastry and the meat inside was hot and flavorful.<br/ <br/ I am happy with this place and will definitely drop in again when in Bendigo<br/ <br/

Chunky Onion is exactly what it says. Chunky with beef. Chunky with onion. Chunks of beef were so big I wonder how they fit them in there.I'll be back.
