The Bite - Bend

We love this place! The food trucks have something for everyone (sushi is on point... see photo) and the beverage selection consists of around 12 taps (all local) with wine and other drinks as well. The interior is cozy with a large fireplace to keep it warm during winter. Simple, clean and a friendly staff. What else can you ask?

We drove over here. Everyone in the car started screaming how cool it looked. So we stopped for dinner.. It was a great family atmosphere. The bissbar had 10 different local beers, local beers, local apple wines and Seltzer. So for the kids. In the covered area there were about 5 food trucks in one line. American, Thai, Woodfire pizza, Mexican, Sushi. And a razor ice cream. Something for everyone.

The Bite is always an enjoyable experience and a fantastic spot to gather with friends and family, especially when everyone is indecisive about what to eat! The selection of food trucks is consistently impressive, and I appreciate the ever-changing variety of taps and drink options. The live music is also a great addition when they have it—it really adds to the atmosphere! I always receive excellent service from Julie at the bar; we absolutely adore her!

A visit to Bend wouldn’t be complete without stopping here. The Bite features a spacious bar and seating area where you can relax while waiting for your food truck order. It's dog-friendly and even offers complimentary snacks. We chose to order from the pizza and sushi trucks, and the service was quick and friendly. The food exceeded our expectations—it was fantastic! Parking is available on the street, but it's easy to reach on foot.

What's not to love?! There are food trucks serving a variety of cuisines, including sushi, tacos, Thai food, and sandwiches. The bar has an impressive selection of beers, and there's outdoor seating to soak up the day—it's truly a fantastic spot to relax! Plus, the atmosphere is incredibly laid-back, and everyone there was super friendly. I really wish I had discovered this hidden gem sooner. Cheers!
