Starbucks - Bend

The service is so good and my drink was delicious!!! it's a nice quiet space for work.

Honestly, may have been one of my best experiences at a Starbucks ever. The customer service culture is outstanding, kudos to the management and team.

Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful!

I drive out of my way to come here 5 days a week before work and depending on who makes the coffee it could be a hit or miss. During the week day they have more experienced workers but the weekend is needing a lot more help. Coffee is never consistent and employees attitude need to be adjusted. Came here sunday in the drive thru and Reagan was the employee that took my order. She was sweet at first but when ordering my double tall blonde white mocha she had me repeat it a couple time which was fine. She told me she was having an off day. When she repeated the order back to me she said tall blonde white mocha and I corrected her to make sure she had the 2 shots and her response was obviously. Told her I 'm sorry but she didn 't say 2 shots then added that she said she was just being friendly. Who says obviously just to be nice? Today I ordered a double blonde iced with salted caramel cold foam. Foam was not foamy at all and there was a hair in my foam. Asked for a remake and Tori made a big deal out of it. Apparently the cold foam wasn 't prep correctly so she had to keep adding milk to it which made it more milky and no more taste of salt or the caramel. Asked to just get my coffee with no cold foam and felt like they were still having attitude. I spend about $5-$6 every time I go and tip in cash and feel like an inconvenient when they make my coffee wrong.

Probably the worst Starbucks to go in town. Consistently I come here and 1 person is working hard and 4 others standing around. Takes forever to get your drink in the lobby. There seems to always be flies in here. I was hoping that after multiple visits my experience would improve but it never does. The employees are courteous and friendly, but the overall feeling of this place is just off...
