Sopa Mexican Cuisine - Bend

Do yourself a favor and run don?t walk to try Sopa?s Birria quesatacos. I LOVE their food! They also have a hard-working team that is making your food fresh-to-order and absolutely delicious. Sopa is one of my favorite spots in Bend!

Unfortunately we've had terrible encounters with the workers here. Every single time I've ordered something from this truck we've ended up with the wrong item (ordered carnitas tacos and recieved birria queso tacos... ordered tacos without salsa or cilantro and got tacos with both... . I'm quite disappointed because the food is good, but the workers refuse to remake mistakes or offer refunds, and they seem to dislike their jobs to the point that they become rude to customers. Even the owner is insulting people in the negative reviews here, which is shocking to see.

Outstanding. Their tuna tacos are out of this world, the people are awesome, I can?t wait to go back. Sopa ROCKS!!!!! ????????????????

The birria is seriously so amazing, I shed a tear. Also, the employees deserve props because it's not easy to stand in those little trucks during these hot/high temps. Your food is so good, thank you guys.

Have tried the Barria tacos twice, first time, decent, enough to try a second time. Second time, no flavor, very very greasy, only ate 1 of 4 tacos for $16! Had an upset stomach all night. Will not be returning. Bland, greasy tacos with not much meat in them.
