Shari's Cafe Pies - Bend

This restaurant appears to be declining. Each time we eat here, the experience seems to worsen. The service is sluggish, the food is just average, and the ambiance feels dated. There are many better dining options nearby. The only consistently enjoyable items are the milkshakes and French fries.

The wait to be seated was excessively long, and the waitress took her time taking our drink orders. The table and seats were not clean, and there was a noticeable lack of customer service. When our food finally arrived, the order was incorrect, and the waitress didn’t bother to check on us afterward. The quality of the food was disappointing, and the presentation of the dishes was quite poor. Additionally, the portion sizes were small considering the prices. Given that both waitstaff and cooks need to be skilled in their roles, I won't be returning.

The coffee was fresh, and everything was clean. The staff was friendly, but be patient as they are a bit short-staffed and working really hard. I tried the meat lover skillet with a pancake, and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the restaurant. I requested something special, and they went out of their way to accommodate me, even though it wasn't required. The meal was both delicious and served hot when it arrived.

The team here continues to work with impressive efficiency and composure, even under pressure. I want to give a special shout-out to Annabelle, who was the only server on duty during my breakfast visit. She handled it all with grace and professionalism.
