Go Donuts - Bend

This place is truly incredible! The donuts are the best I’ve ever tasted, and the customer service is simply outstanding! As someone visiting from out of town, I’ve never encountered such friendly people. To make a long story short, there was an issue with my Grubhub order, but the staff at the donut shop went above and beyond to resolve it. I'm nearly at a loss for words. Thank you so much for brightening our day!

Delicious donuts, but the customer service is lacking. It's unacceptable to inform a customer that you cannot and will not check the ingredient list for allergens.

The donuts were excellent, but I'm pretty sure the guy who assisted us was high. We visited around 10 AM on a weekday when the store was completely empty except for us. We ordered five donuts to go and picked up a couple of juices as well. However, the employee behind the counter was incredibly slow and seemed quite out of it. When it came time to pay, he actually asked us to remind him how many donuts we had ordered. Seriously?

I always see the sign on my way to Juniper Park and thought I'll have to check the place one day which happened to be today. Nice little shop, friendly staff. I was informed they also have gluten-free and vegan options, which was good to know. I ordered 2 maple bars, a dozen donut holes and an apple fritter. The fritter was fresh, delicious and just sweet enough. I planned on eating only half but I was weak and ate the whole thing. Definitely not proud of myself...haha. The kids loved the donut holes and maple bars. Next time I'm getting a peach fritter. Love everything about this place, Their prices are a little high though.

Wonderful shop with delicious doughnuts and kind staff. Tons of vegan options, each one more yummy than the last.
