Baldy's Bbq - Bend

Delicious! We were in the Bend area searching for a bite to eat when we came across Baldy's, which was the closest option. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the food was – everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals! Food: 5/5.

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant with their incredibly tender brisket and spicy ribs—truly the best we've had in a long time. I highly recommend trying both the fries and corn pudding as sides, and the draft root beer is sweet and delightful. It seemed we timed our visit perfectly, as there was only one other group when we arrived, but shortly after, a line formed and all the tables were full. The staff was outstanding, always smiling and friendly to everyone, even when interrupted while serving others. Their exceptional customer service definitely deserves recognition!

I asked about a dozen people in town where to find the best BBQ in Bend, and they all pointed me to this place. I ordered the brisket, honey jalapeño cornbread, and garlic mashed potatoes, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced considering the portion sizes. The staff and fellow diners were incredibly friendly. While BBQ may not be a major part of Bend's culture, you can definitely find great BBQ here!

The BBQ was incredibly flavored. They don't overly sauce the meats so the real smoked flavor shines through. I highly recommend!!Food: 5/5

This place is must visit! We came from Salem, and this was the best BBQ l ever had. Generous portion, and we only order one combo set and still take some home with us. The root beer on tap tests so good. The waitperson is very care about customers and gives service right away, which made this place even more MUST.
