The Tavern On South Shore - Bemidji

They are blessed when they meet an unexpected happy hour. 2 for 1 drinks and $5.00 off start. Bone-in wings were very good, and garnel roads tacos were excellent. splurged with a 3rd appetizer of drawn pigs afteros that were from this world. unnecessary to say we never post the appetizers. wine and beer selection were also very good. Oh, and I can't forget the service. bright friendly and helpful staff kept our teller and glasses full. I wanted to stay one night in the hotel to enjoy this tavern again.

We had a great experience in the tavern. our server was pleasant and aspiring. I had the club sandwich and cheese curds. the top notch curds and the meat was plentiful throughout the chalk bread. my wife had steak bites and mushrooms. she was impressed by the good amount of bite. we need to return in summer to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of the lake bemidji.

Had a late dinner last night and my black salmon salad was very good. perfectly prepared like the Walleye dinner my friend had. I don't know who was in the kitchen, but good work! service was also great.

This is our second time in bemidji, hospitable family and this is our favorite place! matt, the gm was amazing and he took care of us. the food was so good and I recommend of course the walleye, but the garnelen and speck mac and cheese was a beautiful surprise. very nice visit!

First meal out in Bemidji that was NOT disappointing in a while! Everyone seems to be okay with serving bland, unseasoned, food in restaurants lately. Not here! Our food tasted great! We were worried at first, we weren't getting waited on, but I think nobody noticed us come in and assumed we were done eating or something. Once we got someone's attention, service was good. It might be better if they seated people. Due to the table arrangement, I can see how people could be missed. Great food though! Will definitely be back!
