Auntie Anne's - Belvidere

Terrible brezels at this place. I came to my car and expected a warm soft brezel. it was hard, cold and old. I was already on wisconsin, or I would go back for my money. I was tired of buying it because the hired his mask down and had no gloves. I sent an email for a refund. I received an e-mail of apology and a request for my address for free bretzels credits. it's almost three weeks since this email and I didn't have an email with coupons, nor a follow-up email. I'm not impressed. they save themselves from waste of money. perhaps pizza at sbarro’s!

The manager is sweet and beautiful, they have the best brezels, I recommend.

The worker alberto trevino made my fresh food with a passion! I've never seen anyone working so hard and having so much love to her job, they're always setting up great people like him!

Alex recommended I try the pretzels at the restaurant, and they did not disappoint. They were delicious.

Great place to eat at, enjoy a few snacks with friends, and service was great. Especially from an employee by the name Alberto. He was very kind and quick to give us our food. Very professional and probably the best pretzel maker I’ve ever seen, no cap. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The lemonade there is also very exquisite btw.
