Subway - Belton

Had a nice experience with the guy behind the counter. The series menu is not for me but, that's a different story. They were out of cookies which this location usually over cooks them anyways. My opinion obviously.

Staff rude. Ordered online. Their system messed up. Showed order paid for on my phone and they still wouldn't make my sandwich. Have to wait for corporate to get a refund ?

Had the pleasure of being serviced by Angela. Her attitude and attention to detail is impeccable! I come to eat in every week, usually during lunch time rush, she is so nice and motivates her staff with kind words. She greets all her customers with a smile and sends them leaving with the best customer service!

After a long day of travel, we wanted Subway. Checked online and the posted hours are open until 10, on the door the posted hours are open until 10. We arrived after 9, the store was closed. After getting the employee’s attention, found out hey are closing at 9 during the month of December. This information should be posted.
