Little Pig Bbq - Belton

I liked the pulled pig, Burt ends, beans and fresh cuts. The pork ribs fell from the bone and were juicy, but maybe a little strong with rub. The standard sauce was not my favorite, but the spicy sauce was great. Cheese corn is good for a change, but not a creamy as Jack Stack. The staff was friendly, clean toilet. I wish the kitchen was more separated from the food. I'm going back.

Sandwiches are good. You have a daily specialty that is a great offer. Service is amazing and they offer a wide variety of page order to go with your sandwich of choice.

I'm here to get the big brisket sandwich that's about 6 or 7 dollars. Great price given for the amount of meat. It is always good, the times I have gone, and the cut of meat is great with little to no fat on what I love. Havent tried her sauce and not interested, Pommes are moderate. Wishing her were not so many flies in the facility and it looked a little updated inside, but other than that I am satisfied with the food I receive and service.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Food was great, ribs were tender and had great rub and smoked flavor. Brisket was awesome, very moist with great smoke flavor. Pulled pork was good as well, and the spicy BBQ sauce was tasty and actually spicy. It's not a fancy place but most of the time that's where you find the best food. We will definitely be back again.
