Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service was poor and how does management let there place run out of bread for toast. Husband had ham as thin as a paper towel and overcooked.

We only visited the country store, so I can't rate the food. But the store is a lot of fun and there were some really great deals!

It appears they have changed the way they prepare the food. Even though the food taste good it tasted much different in a better way today. Today I ate a delicious meal and enjoyed the attention to detail that our server provided. (Bonnie)

Food was amazing, but the service was even better. Mina was very attentive and very nice.

They were missing multiple menu items. Food came out cold. Very slow service, had to wait for my drink to be filled multiple times, and had to ask to receive the biscuits and cornbread that should be brought out standard. There were a few servers running around like crazy and a solid 5 to 6 people standing around doing nothing. I understand a wait time, okay. The time it took to get our initial drink order took way too long, okay. Then the food comes out way later, and it's cold? I didn't … – show
