Best Indian restaurant I have been to in along time. Great friendly service and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

We visit this restaurant about once a month. While some reviews mentioning long wait times during busy periods are true, we have only experienced this once in the past 4 years. Despite that, we continue to return because the food is outstanding. We were able to overlook the one negative experience, considering it occurred over a 4-year period and could happen at any restaurant. The quality of the food is consistently excellent.

2.5 hour wait for entre and main. Walked in the door at 6:45pm and left at 9:15pm 20 minutes to eat. However, food is amazing and delicious!! It would be a perfect night if there was a shorter wait period.

I got some takeaway for our family last week from Sood's which did not disappoint. The flavour was divine we tried the mango chicken which was delicious, the Prawn Korma which was outstanding and the Lamb Sagwala super yummy. Do yourself a favour and get the Chilli Pickle. This was recommended by the chef when I arrived to pick my order up. If you love true indian, this pickle takes things to a new level! I will definitely continue to order delicious Indian from Sood's.
