Tilley's Pizza House - Beloit

First time there. The food was fair and the service was friendly.

Picked up a pizza. While I was waiting I watched the kitchen staff use their ungloved hand to wipe the excess BBQ from the container. Then they flipped the sauce off their finger and onto the pizza they were making.

Pizza was dry and disappointing not one of our better visits food wise

I placed my order at 11:50 my estimated delivery time was 12:55 well at 1:15 I called and I was told it wouldn't be done for another 30 minutes. So your telling me 2 hour wait for my food. I will never be ordering from here again. My husband was late to work because this was his lunch and he had to stop and get lunch else where since he works second shift. I am really upset and the person on the phone did not even explain why my food was taking so long and no apologize when I had to cancel the order. DO BETTER!

Rude customer service! Tried to book online, it wouldn’t work, I called the store and got hung up on. Just wanted to order, I’ll take my money elsewhere
