She didnt give us our pinkity drinkity??? she HUNG UP!!!! 0/10 customer service smh“perfectly” salty chips werent perfectly salty ? NEVER COMING AGAIN!!!!

Took way too long to make coffee for having almost no line. The coffee was nothing like what was ordered, pretty sure I was given hot milk with a drop of watered down coffee.

Drive Thru is always backed up. Should've built a new Starbucks next to BW3's.

The last 3 times my wait was way longer then expected. Ordered at 8:01, estimated 8:13. Actual time 8:26. The batista saw me. Said it's coming. Yet made orders for people who were not there. No drink should take 25 minutes to make.

I come here before work a lot and I use the app for convenience which is fantastic. Most of the time the drink is perfectly timed with when I arrive, but with the holiday season, they are out of pumpkin 3-4 out of the 7 days of the week which deters me from going because I honestly love pumpkin lattes and look forward to it. I just wish they would order more during the holiday season. Same thing happened last year.
