The Everyday Market - Belmont

I decided to try the avocado toast to see what all fuss was about with my fellow millennials. Nice folks and ample seating during a weekday lunch hour.

What a great shop! I went in tonight looking for something sweet that wasn't ice cream and came here. Their Chai latte is perfect, not watery like the chain stores they had a tray of ricotta and pesto foccacia out to sample and it was delicious. I had the lemon bar when I got home and it was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to have the pecan pie tomorrow!

Xenophobic and racist establishment. Me and my mother (whom I was translating for in English) visited the establishment for the first time. The worker seemed to be very upset at the fact that I was translating for my mother. We were given looks and condescending comments.As I was leaving the establishment, one of the workers followed me to the door to let me know that I had to pick up the plates we had just used. Other customers sitting next to us left their plates at the tables, and it was okay.The lack of cultural competence and customer service at this establishment is astronomical.

I have visited many of the restaurants in Belmont. This market is exceptional with outstanding foods and service. It shows the owners are committed to having a first class market friendly to all who visit.

Starbucks who? The atmosphere is chill … the customer service is 100. Their food is charming. I don’t want to eat it but yet flavorful. The staff literally acknowledges everyone that walks through the door. These are no store bought pastries neither sandwiches but made to order. This is pastry artistry at its finest … not to mention the cafe and the wine … Perfect combination … to catch the before, during and after work crowd. The idea behind this business is nothing short of amazing serving their community. Please come here and support all things local in BELMONT
