Quebrada Baking Company - Belmont

We bought three cakes recently for some friends, and everyone absolutely loved them. It's a charming little place run by friendly people who do a fantastic job with their packaging. They also support charitable organizations. They even make challah for Passover, though it's not kosher. Highly recommended!

This quaint, charming bakery has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and ready to assist you with your orders and any questions you may have. They offer fun, seasonal treats, including beautifully decorated sugar cookies and cupcakes. I particularly enjoyed a delightful stuffed croissant that was filled with a hint of sweetness.

For decades, this place has been famous for having the best chocolate croissants in the world, as well as incredible plain croissants filled with rich chocolate. However, I found my visit on 11/21/2021 to be a bit disappointing, as the croissants were different from what I remembered—less flaky and not as fresh. I hope this was just a one-time issue. On a positive note, they serve the best coffee in the city. If you want to grab some croissants, I recommend getting there early since they are very popular, and some customers place large orders at the counter.

I've going to Quebrada for almost 30 years, both the Arlington and Belmont locations. They make the best challah anywhere. Service is always polite and friendly. A little pricey, but worth it.

Wonderful bakery with perfectly sized treats, loved the petit options of cupcakes and croissants! All were delicious. There are also vegan cupcakes and vegan latte options.
