Our family found Heirloom to help us plan our Nona’s celebration of life reception and we were so grateful! From the first interaction, Kirstin and John provided gentle and considerate care with all aspects of planning from logistics (in our home) to menu planning (for a traditional Italian family full of home cooks), and close out (left our home spotless and handled financial logistics next day).Heirloom delivered a meal that truly reflected the traditions of our family culture beautifully presented, fresh delicious. (Even our great auntie went back for 2nds!)Kirstin and John gave our family the gift of happiness and deep comfort during an otherwise hard day. We highly recommend Heirloom.

I felt compelled to write a review about heirloom Catering, even thought they have not actually catered an event for me.....yet. I hired them to cater my Dad's 101st birthday in September, after not being able to celebrate his 100th last year due to Covid. I had given them a 50% deposit and then the Delta Variant reared it's ugly head. The family decision was to cancel the party once again. I reached out to my contact Brittney, knowing that with their cancellation policy as is, they could rightfully keep my deposit. She spoke with the owners of the company and they kindly and generously offered to work with me, due to my Dad's age and the ever changing Covid climate. I am so impressed with their responsiveness, customer service and willingness to be flexible, that I can only imagine how amazing their food and event oversight would have been. I will most definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend anyone looking for a great catering company should contact Heirloom Catering! Lindsay and her team provided excellent food and service- for our wedding. We added a little Texas into our California wedding with Texas brisket that got rave reviews from my Texas family! That says a lot! Their attention to detail, service, and just making things run smoothly was outstanding! Lindsay even made sure that Scott and I sat down and ate as the bride and groom! Heirloom catering helped me throw a small socially distanced outdoor soiree for my husband's 50th. This was before any restrictions were increased. Everything done per CDC recommendations and requirements. Heirloom helped me pull together an amazing, delicious, creative, and safe socially distanced event. The food was savory and inspiring. In addition to the food and drink, they guided furniture placement and decor to create a socially distanced yet inviting and comfortable environment. The proprietor is thorough, experienced, and detailed oriented, which results in a wonderful event. Thanks to her and her team, I was able to enjoy the evening and not feel flustered being the hostess. They really took care of it all. I highly recommend Heirloom, ranging from family meal kits and holiday meals, to small socially distanced events, and then onto the larger ones we all hope to have once we beat this pandemic!
