Chick-fil-a - Belmont

I will never understand why they don't have car parking here! We love Chick-fil-A, but waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for breakfast several times is unacceptable. The last time I went in the evening, I waited for 3 milkshakes because the staff took so long to speak, and they were almost melted by the time I finally got out of the car and went to the window.

This restaurant is the worst. I waited for my order for 10 minutes while they tended to 5 other cars. The employee didn't apologize and brought my food with a bad attitude and rushed demeanor. I understand waiting for food, but their behavior was unacceptable. This is not like Chick-fil-A. Save yourself time and go to the best Chick-fil-A on Park Street.

Pretty decent attitude from the drive through window. Wouldn't confirm my order and I consistently get the wrong food here.My advice, Just drive to the other Chic fil a down the street. Totally not worth the stress

Poor quality control and the customer service here pales in comparison to the Park St. location. We've ordered from here dozens of times now and something about the order is wrong each time. The other night we asked for a market salad and two southwest salads and none of them came with chicken. Clearly it was keyed in wrong by an employee but the manager told us we ordered it wrong. Tonight we asked for spicy chicken sandwich but got regular chicken instead and wn order of fries that we didn't ask for.
