Bidrage med feedbackHad a fabulous experience with chef to table. We enjoyed an elopement dinner for two with a custom designed menu offering on 10/7/23. Everything possible was locally sourced/ organic. The steak and short rib melted in your mouth. The Prosciutto wrapped asparagus with perfectly tender. I think the lobster tails may have been the best I ever had. Portions were very generous. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Dishes and counters were also cleaned before the chef left. If you 're looking for a memorable meal with a wonderful and personable chef, look no further. I had set the expectation that I was looking for one of the best meala of my life and I think those expectations were exceeded!
We were four couples visiting Vermont. We had Stephanie come in to make dinner one evening. Absolutely everything was wonderful and delicious! From the charcuterie board to the dinner to the dessert to the frittata for breakfast the next morning. Fabulous!
Steph prepared a family dinner for us the night before my son’s wedding. Not only was the food amazing, but it was beautiful! She used fresh edible flowers to decorate the green salad and pasta. The chicken and grilled vegetables were delicious! Steph was also very flexible as our plans changed several times during the weeks preceding the wedding! Steph also made petite desserts for the wedding to supplement the wedding cake. Everyone raved about her blueberry cheesecake! I highly recommend Steph at Chef to Table!
Engaged Steph sort of last minute for my 25th wedding anniversary this past October. She was very welcoming and easy to work with. We talked about and finalized a menu 3 weeks in advance of the date. The day of the event, she was punctual, and all the food was perfect. Delivered to the house we were staying in. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the maple salad dressing was perfect to match the beautiful fall day. The service and food was a perfect ending to a great weekend.
All our retreat guests at Wild Trails Farm in Springfield, Vt., loved it! The tofu was a huge hit (especially among non-meat eaters, lol)—this plant-based eater will be dreaming about it for sure. The fact that everything was so fresh and healthy was just what we were looking for. Thanks again for being so easy to work with—we look forward to partnering with you again in the future.
