Bruegger's Bagels - Belmont

I accidentally left my purse at the table in the restaurant. When I called 15 minutes later, I was told that my bag had been turned in by the two women sitting at the next table. However, when I returned 30 minutes later to retrieve my bag, I discovered that a significant amount of cash was missing from my wallet. I take responsibility for forgetting my bag, but it was still a disheartening experience. As a teacher and student, that money would have been very helpful. Although the restaurant team apologized when I called to inquire, I am still struggling to accept the entire situation. It was a disappointing and violating experience.

I visited this restaurant in a hurry for breakfast and the store manager, Chanel, assisted me. She had a smile and a friendly attitude. The service was efficient, on point, and the place was very clean. It was a great morning experience that brightened my day!
