Joe's is a local favorite with great food, better music, cheap drinks, and amazing service. This place gets packed on the weekends, especially in season during the summer. They often charge covers during the summer but is usually not more than $5 or $10 bucks and it's worth it to pay as their drink prices make up for what you pay at the door.
