Dunkin' - Bellwood

I would give 0 stars if I could. I work a block away from this dunkin and I drive out of my way to another dunkin just so I don't have to go to this one. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and they served me raw bacon on one of my sandwiches. They are rude, unprofessional, and get my order wrong every. single. time. Do not go here.

This place is disgusting just like the Indian workes and the followers of the Montana ok and they don’t know he don’t exist nomore and that I’m not helping him nomore ok

The workers there were really sweet but the manager is pushy and rude. When they messed up my take out order and I politely asked for a refund, the manager was completely rude and out of line!! I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ for 3 years and I’ve never been met with such poor customer service until very recently. I understand being overwhelmed over the holidays but treating your customers like trash, especially loyal customers, isn’t the way to go. Especially when you’re met with kindness.

Dude so hooked us up for Halloween…. The Halloween donuts were fire

Manager is super rude. Always gets orders wrong. I took a video of him arguing with another customer through drive-thru. The customer kept saying that her order was wrong and the manager accused her of lying.. he gets my order wrong a lot too. When I call him out he never apologizes, he just says “give me more money, I charged you for this” super unprofessional
