Bagelry - Bellingham

Lots of vegan bagels. Vegan cream cheese plain and a flavor-Italian. If they have the flavored option, go with this. Also have hummus and PB&J. The veggie bagel is a great way to go, although it is fewer veggies than a vegan would like to see. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-10

Popped in and was happy to find out this adorable little bagel shop had oodles of vegan bagels to choose from, and two vegan cream cheese options! Bagel coffee was fantastic, and I loved all the crop top realness that was happening with the staff. Next time I’m in Bellingham, I’ll be coming by again for sure! We have enjoyed bialys and Vegan Italian spread each morning we have been in Bellingham. So good!

This place offers vegan cream cheese for their bagels and they often have vegan baked goods. There is a vegan tofu scramble that is good.

Vegan cream cheese alone is a big enough reason to check it out, but they often have a vegan dessert too, which is a surprise bonus!
