Bidrage med feedbackI'll go to sonic every week. my family loves eating and the team is friendly. there is a young lady who has 90% of the time. her name escapes me (both, dresses for special days, etc). but she's always so beautiful. my daughter is in love with the brezels. they are delicious! but we like to get the brezels without salt. my only problem is that the app does not allow me to tick without salt. every time I tried to make mistakes and currently does not say available at this location. it looks like a location-specific setting that the individual memory can set. but until then I will skip happy anyway for the delicious food! app or no app? you have dried, be happy new year!
Came with 5 people, had nothing wrong. Eat was hot, drinks were full and pleasant smiles on their faces. it was a good time. Food: 5/5
Very unprofessional staff, manager, who said she was the general manager was very rude and unprofessional when I called myself complaining about my interaction, the guy got a simple 2 for 5 order wrong 5 times in order and repeatedly said that it was a long day, they should probably have better training or people like this in the kitchen. I mentioned that the general manager had the worst attitude. What are they waiting for?
Worst experience by far! spent $32 to make my order wrong, it was as if the client was busy paying attention (what they were talking about a funnel? don't go back to this place and I work directly on the road!
My family has been coming here since 2014. We typically order the same things every time. We normally have great food and great service. However, the last few times we have stopped to get food, some of the staff has not been so pleasant. One of the things we typically order is a number 19 with Bacon, bacon placed on the side, extra crispy. Not once has this been an issue in the past. Until recently it has been. And tonight we were told “we don’t do that” we informed that we’ve been doing this for years, it’s just a custom modification. The gentleman that was taking our order in the drive thru then proceeded to say “ We can’t tonight. It’s too busy.” When there was only a few cars in the driveway and in the parked bays with full staff.And then when we got home that sandwich wasn’t even in the bag. We were charged for it and was not given a receipt to show for reference That we did not get it and it was on our receipt.From someone who used to work in the fast food industry for 5 years that is not something you should say to a customer. Overall just disappointed.
