Teriyaki Town Ii - Bellevue

Overall great ambience and great food!I tried both the chicken teriyaki and the chicken katsu, both as takeout. I was given huge portions for both! The rice was not overcooked nor was it mushy. The chicken teriyaki was cooked well; moist and definitely not overcooked (dry). Of course there were some burnt bits but overall the teriyaki chicken tasted great! They also provided a sweetened and slightly thickened soy sauce. I know people don 't like the word moist but that 's exactly the best part about the teriyaki chicken: fully cooked, retained moisture, wasn 't overly burnt, and definitely didn 't taste burntThe chicken katsu was lightly battered and fried till it was lightly crispy. It couldn 't have been better. Chicken was moist and not dry. The chicken katsu also came with rice, 1 container of soy sauce, and 1 container of sweet and sour sauce (more sour than sweet). The chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu each came with a side of salad and dressing.Dine in is available. Everything is spaced out nicely. Everything looks clean and well-lit. Ample parking in front.

A real hole in the wall. Modest, down to earth, decently priced, and delicious. The owners generally keep to themselves but are passively friendly. Portions are definitely enough to get you full, but not uncomfortably stuffed. I don't crave teriyaki often, but when I do, I come here.

I used to love this place, I was really looking forward to some teriyaki and was so disappointed! Egg roll was okay rather greasy, the chicken was dried out and the rice was under cooked. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Double-charged.Ordered chicken/pork combo. They had an faint sign saying they charge an extra dollar for chicken, something easily missed in light green pen. Half chicken, half pork- was charged 2 dollars extra.After paying extra and tipping (habit from years of working in food industry), they wanted 8 cents for a bag. So walked home with a greasy box they must have dragged the bottom across in the back.I just moved here, love teriyaki, I would have walked here at least once a week. The food itself wasn’t bad, average.

Great portions, great food. I've been coming here for years. Not sure why people rate them so low.
