One thing that always seems to be overlooked in restaurant design is acoustics. Your customers have to be able to hear each other, and not compete with the very loud Expresso machine, or fans, or whatever. The noise level was about 70 db during my visit.Food: 4/5

Excellent service! The staff is professional, courteous, and quick. It's definitely worth a longer drive for this level of service. Other locations should take note and learn from this one. Food: 5/5

I've lived nearby for three years, and during the first two years, I really enjoyed getting coffee here because it had great flavor. However, for the past year, I've been avoiding this place because my drinks have been more like milky caramel water. I decided to give it another try today, and the barista made me another drink, claiming it had four shots of espresso in it. Unfortunately, there was still very little coffee flavor (I always order the same drink, so I know what it's supposed to taste like). When I go to other locations, I don’t have this problem. Sadly, those other locations are not close, so I've been going to Dunkin instead. I hope you can address this issue at this location.

The coffee was excellent, and the service was great. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Food rating: 5/5.
