Scooter's Coffee - Bellevue

I visited this restaurant twice and ordered two drinks each time. Unfortunately, neither drink was made correctly or tasted good. I decided to give them a second chance, but I had the same disappointing experience, and one of the drinks even looked like some of it had been spilled. This time, I requested a refund, but the staff member at the window was quite rude. She handed me the refund and slammed the window shut. I would rate this place a 0 out of 10 and do not recommend it to anyone.

I'm a regular at Scooters, and I usually enjoy a blended coffee from there. However, this time, my drink was quite watered down. I also requested an extra shot of espresso, but it didn't seem like it was added at all. The staff was quick to serve me, but the interaction felt a bit rushed with minimal communication. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

This photo was taken before we even took a single sip. We ordered large drinks, but this is all we received. I understand it was an hour before closing and only one person was working, but there weren't any cars in line or at the window. We went back to confirm with the barista that our drinks were indeed supposed to be large, and she assured us they were. We're just disappointed that we paid for large drinks and this is all that was in the cups. Even the whipped topping looked deflated, as if it had been sitting out for a while.

I confess I only get one drink, Peanut butter cup blender. I get accustomed to a particular flavor. The peanut butter switched to Natural peanut butter which changes the flavor. THIS location also has a huge turn over rate so even when it was the right peanut butter, flavor varied depending on who made it. About 40% of the time the drink was correct, but has no chance of tasting like the original recipe as the ingredients changed. I didn't ask for healthy, I ordered my drink, and unless I ask locations, I never know who has the ingredients for a drink that was marketed as one thing and constantly seems to change. I now make a 23 minute drive to get the correct peanut butter. This location lost my business

I just called and asked their hours before I left my house tonight and I get there and they are acting closed even though she said they stay open until 8 p.m. which is 20 mins early!!!! You could have at least just said sorry we are closing early tonight because you could still see workers through the window! Wasting people's time!
