Pepperjax Grill - Bellevue

I just came out with the manager after I told him that the chicken was still frozen yesterday and the veggies were still raw, not beautified and that we still had it because I immediately got sick after a few bites and put it in the refrigerator and because I was ignored by the child who had no name sign, the male wearing make-up ignored me when I asked him for a reception. And said we swear to him. As not the place was super dirty the white cheese sauce was tasted and lumpy. I still refused to give me a refund so that companies and the better office will receive a report with the manager name.

Placed a fairly large online purchase order for 6 adults. I came to find that the place was busy and I was worried, but I went in and my food was ready at the time I had chosen what made me happy. The order was all right, except that the Pommes were omitted, which made me sad, but with almost 30 minutes round trip to get the food I was not ready to go back. Eating was all hot and good, but would have been better with the fries I paid.

Was not happy with my visit to the Pfefferjax Bellevue. Order a Philly with green paprika, onions, mushrooms and extra cheese. I got a sandwich that looked like it was packed from the convenience store refrigerator. I really enjoy peppery and never had bad experiences in til. Truly hope that this is not the quality of food they will continue to serve.

We stopped for dinner and ordered the salad bowl. You have a variety of toppings you can add your salad, it was very delicious and will definitely return. Friendly staff, quick service, made to order. You took out if you don't want to eat.

We spent 32 minutes in the drive-thru from time of order until we received our food. We removed a drink from the order yet we were still charged for two. The receipt never had any void line but the cashier ensured us it was removed and that the register ?must have made a mistake?. We were never given the drinks OR treats for the kids meals. The answer to this problem from the manager Trace was, to drive back up to get what they forgot. If you enjoy paying for products you don?t receive then expect to be the accommodating party, this is the place to go. This was our first and last experience with PepperJax.
